The balcony view of the Gulf of Naples was amazing. The room had air conditioning, a desk, a private bathroom with a shower, and a TV. Plus, the pool area was fantastic. It was a short and easy walk to the center of Sorrento for dining and shopping.

Great-sized rooms, we didn't want to leave.

The staff were very very helpful and extremely friendly, fabulous hotel. We loved rooms with terrace overlooking the coast. The breakfast was plentiful and great, the choice of eggs and meats👍

The pool area was a fantastic spot to relax after a day of walking around Sorrento. The mattress was a bit too firm for comfort.

We received a very warm greeting and the staff spoke English very well. Our room was spacious and the view was amazing. Breakfast was satisfying, well stocked with plenty of room In the eating area.

Amazing views of the bay and Mount Vesuvius make this place a true standout. The pool area, with its ocean views, is a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring nearby attractions.

Outdated room decor and furnishings could use a significant refresh, as the vibe feels stuck in another time. The mattress in my room was overly firm, which might bother those who prefer softer beds. Breakfast options are limited. I found it lacking in variety and quality, particularly the coffee, just not what you'd expect in Italy. The walk up from the city center might feel steep for some, especially after a long day. Finally, the thin towels in the bathroom didn't quite meet comfort expectations.

Nothing to complain about, we would come here again when in Sorrento. The venue is spotlessly clean, the staff is excellent. The units are airy, neat. They provide tea, croissants, fresh bread, cereals and cheese, that is FAB. It offers impeccable services and has a plentiful breakfast choices.

We had a wonderfull stay at Hotel Cielo in Sorrento. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. It almost felt like home. Our room was spacious with the most amazing view . It was a short walk to city centre (10min walk) which we enjoyed. We will definately return to Hotel Cielo.

The view was absolutely magnificent. Unfortunately that is where it ends.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. You are paying for the view and nothing else. I do not know where three stars come from. The towels were a type of sheeting and no pool towels. The rooms were in desperate need of a makeover. It is definitely seventies and in poor condition. Although the staff were friendly and the view was magnificent, we would never return here nor would we recommend it.

The amazing views from my balcony, overlooking the coast was a delight every morning. The staff were attentive. I found the location fantastic, an easy walk to the lively town while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. A room with a balcony is definitely worth it for a front-row seat to those lovely sunsets.
